I walked into your office Tuesday, clearly emotional about my dying cat. I explained to you that I had moved to Arlington in the last year, had not established myself with you as a client, that my 17 year old cat was dying, and that I desperately needed help with his last day. I also told you that money was no problem. You looked at me without even referring to your calendar, told me that you didn't have anything available, couldn't help me, and suggested that I call around to see if another vet would help me. You could have shown compassion. Shame on you.

First time coming in with my cat. This staff is AMAZING!!!!! This is will be my forever home for my animals! From the check in, to the very end! I wish I could give them 100 stars!

I’m really upset to even write this considering we thought that we could trust this vet. We brought our baby up there last may, she was throwing up profusely and we wanted to make sure she was okay. The staff was kind but they over looked something very major, we were told she ate a plant and it was making her sick, we gave her the meds they prescribed and they worked for a little while. Over the last 10 months! She has continuously gotten worse. But it would come in waves. Early this week she had blood in her throw up and could barely walk. We decided to get another opinion at a vet elsewhere, she ended up having a bone stuck in her belly, we thought this was new and it had just happened but come to find out it wasn’t new. It has been in her belly this whole time. Over the last 10 months she has been suffering in silence. She had external bleeding that surgery could not fix. We ended up losing our baby girl on Wednesday this week because of it. I’m not bashing this place I am just being truthful. Her vet told us that it was very noticeable on the x rays and that they should have seen this. This vet did every test every x rays and they still didn’t see it? My concern is yall were so quick to charge us for all those things and now y’all’s negligence has led up to this. I am so disappointed. They let us down, they let our baby down. And they should be held accountable. This is very unacceptable. I’m not angry I’m disappointed. The trust we had with them is now gone. If you took your baby here please get a second opinion. If they would have payed closer attention our baby would still be here. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never have anything good to say about you guys. I hate that I even trusted yall to began with. I know they have good reviews but please let this be your reminder that every place is not as they seem
