The staff was very helpful in getting our shop cat squared away with shots and even helped us find the sweet baby a home. I have nothing but great things to say about them!

This review has absolutely nothing to do with the care of my animals. It's more about the office staff... Soo...on my way home from work I stopped by to pick up on of my dogs medicine. I walked in was greeted by the sweetest front receptionist ever, she fairly new here, but she definitely has customer service down, she did an amazing job. However, the rest of the staff, no so much. There is a young man that works on the front with her and let's just say that he is very rude with patients, he doesn't have the knowledge of his job much less training new hires. I'm hoping he doesn't train!! I over heard the vet techs talking about other office staff, I heard Dr. Ketron herself talk rudly about her office staff and patients. No wonder the employee turn over rate is high here. This office does well with your animals but they treat their employees like garbage, they are rude to the staff and they praise the young man because his mother is also an employee at the same office, this alone is wrong! Family should never work together.
