Dr Hubbard was very personable and treated both myself and my dog with respect. She diagnosed my dog and provided proper medication for her skin infection while keeping costs low.

I brought English Bulldog in for the first time since the new company took over this vet's office. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. First, I was greeted with hateful employees who seemed to hate their jobs. It took a while to get into a room and then much longer for the vet to come in. As soon as Dr. Calvin walks in with a clipboard in hand, he tells me that the cost of Lola’s visit (an annual visit) would be close to $900. You can imagine my shock. Come to find out he had added several tests and vaccinations that were not necessary for Lola. I had those removed from her care plan but was still charged a ridiculous amount for a basic annual visit. During the time he was in there with Lola, he told me I needed to buy this and that from him. He tried really hard to convince me to do the heart worm prevention. While I understand that it is very important, you don’t have to belittle me into thinking I’m an awful dog mom. He continuously made me feel like I was the scum of the earth all the while trying to make as much money off of me as he could. This place has become too focused on making money and not the care of the animals. The lady who checked me out was extremely rude and couldn’t even look at me. I had appointments scheduled for my other 3 dogs that day but there was no way I was going back there and I never will. Unless you have deep pockets full of extra cash, do not step foot in this vet's office.
