Kind and caring and friendly

Had a very good first time experience with the clinic. Its a little different than typical .You park and call and the Vet tech comes out to get your pet. I went to their store and got a sandwich. I like that the vet doesn't order a bunch of tests,images etc..

Honestly one of the best practices around. We make a 1.5 hour commute knowing that our animals are well cared for. Dr. Jennifer remembers all of our pets and has always gone above and beyond. Addressing all of our questions concerns. The facility itself is organized no communication issues, everyone is friendly and everyone loves their job. We truly appreciate dr Jennifer and all her staff

Had a bad experience here. Exam room was dirty with used needles laying around. The Vet on duty employed by the Hatchers says I should just euthanize my cat. When I challenged her, then she says I can try another vet called Battle Ground in Franklin. Battleground then treats and saves my cat’s life. I complained to Rock n Country owner (Dr Jennifer’s mom Mrs Hatcher) and she wouldn’t even talk to me about what happened. Treated me like customers don’t matter at all to her. Seems like they are just in it for the money. Will never go there again.

Absolutely fantastic vet! Moved to this veterinary office after having trouble with another one where rates where constantly rising and the staff was uncaring. Rock-n-country is just the opposite! I feel like my pet is important to this veterinary office. The staff is friendly, caring, and professional. Highly highly recommended!
