We cannot say enough wonderful things about Concord Veterinary Hospital and the way they cared for our beloved Golden Retriever during one of the most heartbreaking times for our family. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated her and us with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion. Dr. Lisa was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, caring, and helped make an incredibly difficult goodbye as peaceful as possible. The entire staff was wonderful and showed such genuine understanding and compassion throughout the process. We especially appreciated the comfort room where she was peacefully euthanized. Having a quiet, private, and comforting space gave us the opportunity to be together and say goodbye in a peaceful and meaningful way. Losing a beloved pet is heartbreaking, but Concord Veterinary Hospital gave our sweet girl the dignity, love, and peaceful goodbye she deserved. We truly couldn't have asked for more from Dr. Lisa, Dr. Barbara and the entire staff. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of her and for taking such good care of us, too. God Bless you all!

Dr. Lisa is great! She is very thorough examining our dogs. She is very informative and answered all my questions. She and Ida made our dogs feel comfortable which is saying a lot since our female would never walk into the room, she always had to be carried. She walked right in.
