I called up there this morning and explained he is barely breathing and won’t eat, has tremors and that I think he is actively dying and they turned me away. I was told the only vet that can treat him said he was busy today and wouldn’t come in. What kind of emergency care is this if dying is not an emergency? The called the only doctor that will treat monkeys and that’s what he said. My son talked to the doctor last night and was told to wait til the morning the open at 730am, so he was very aware that we would be coming there this morning. So now my monkey is dying and maybe there could have been something that could have been done but again they turn him away knowing there aren’t hardly any vets that will see primates. So if I could give them no stars I would My monkey died yesterday afternoon.

Thank you for your assistance. You guys are terriffic. I have known the people at the facility since 2016 they have been so helpful and so great and now I'm able to board my dog there and she seems to love it so thank you all for your services and making it possible for me to be able to get away when I need to go out of town. you guys are the best

I have used fayetteville animal clinic for during/after hours care of my horses for the majority of my life. I was very upset that I couldnt even receive a call back from them during a weekend emergency and had to put my horse down our selves after a freak accident. Whoever was the vet on call this past weekend should get a lesson on returning calls and how to handle clients.
