Can anyone every get these folks on the phone? I have been trying since Thursday (today is Tuesday) Its either busy or "this call cannot be completed" message. It never use to be like this with Dr. Kirk. I heard there is a place in South Pittsburg. Called them and got appointment. Since Kirk has been gone they have lost my dogs records, even the issue is an illness they want to wait weeks for an appointment. There is near zero compassion. They bought a wonderful business and are systematically ruining it.

I love this vet; they are very reasonable. I just had an allergy test done for my dog, Bindi. I'm glad I know now what she's allergic to. We took her off chicken because we thought that's what it was. She was highly allergic to duck; we always gave her duck and sweet potato treats. She's allergic to potatoes too! Lol! The staff is very kind, and they do pay attention. Thank you all! Judi Cope

Tooka my cat to have him neutered and booster shots and pain shot the appointment was made for a declaw to I told the lady up front the morning I dropped him off I didn't want him declawed just neutered and his shots and pain meds the female doctor I talked to yesterday was very nice about it that did the surgery bc the lady up front failed to update on what I wanted done and the male doctor today was rude and stared off being a huge smart pants the women should have lost her job but they showed me today they don't have no remorse they can say they apologize but you can tell when someone really means it and the doctor kept calling my cat a girl I have the recording of everything he wasn't even there when my animal had surgery yesterday and he admits he had no idea what was going on and didn't care to never again will me or any of my family or close friends take our animals back careless is what this was I have the the paper work and the receipt nothing had declawed on it.. place does dirty and don't hold accountable.

The little girl in the front office was rude and pretended that she was the new Dr. She would not give me the ear spray for my dog that Dr Kirk had been giving him for the past 2 years. She said it didn't work and sent me out of there with an ear flush that I could have got from Tractor Supply for half as much. She did not seem concerned about my dog's ear and lied to me that they did not have the gentaved spray. But I called the other day and they said they had it so not only did she lie to me and pretended that she was the new doctor I left there without any care for my dog. The weird thing is it does work and has worked for the past two years. I hope they lose all the business Dr Kirk acquired for the past 30 to 40 years this is just a bad way to do business in a small town.
