Laurel Hill Veterinary Clinic

I cannot say enough good things about Laurel Hill Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Brown. Our puppy was attacked by a pitbull, and we were absolutely terrified. She needed immediate medical attention, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough money to cover the entire bill. After other clinics turned us away, we were feeling helpless and didn't know what we were going to do. Then we went to Laurel Hill. Dr. Brown took the time to sit down with us, listen to our situation, and work out a plan so our puppy could get the care she desperately needed. It was never about the money—it was about getting our puppy help. The compassion, professionalism, customer service, and genuine concern they showed us meant more than we can ever explain. They treated our puppy like she was their own and treated us with kindness and dignity during an incredibly scary situation. Dr. Brown truly went above and beyond for our family. When other places turned us away, he opened the door and said, in his own way, "Let's figure this out." That is something we will never forget. Laurel Hill Veterinary Clinic didn't just treat our puppy—they gave us hope when we were scared we might lose her. Five stars doesn't even seem like enough. Thank you, Dr. Brown, and the entire Laurel Hill team, for caring about our puppy and putting her well-being first. We will forever be grateful for everything you did for her.
