We had to put our baby of 16 years to sleep. They were so good to us. The lady at the front desk knew how upset I was and came around the front to hug me. I really needed that. I wish I could remember her name but I was distraught and couldn't focus on anything but my sweet baby Petey. I was so worried his last day would be on a cold table in a cold room but it wasn't. He could barely walk anymore and The employees cheered for him on his last walk. You have know idea just how grateful we are for that. They had us in a room with a soft blanket on the tables with candles lit and a little jar of goodbye kisses. He ate every single one of them. Thank you all for making my worst day a little easier with your kindness. And thank you so much for being so good and sweet with my Petey.

I have been being my dog here since a puppy and love every moment of care my baby has ever gotten here. HOWEVER, I am highly upset at how Melanie treated me over the phone and then once I arrived to pick up my baby boy. I drive from Murfreesboro to specifically take my dog to what I know is the best veterinary hospital in tn! I got there are 5 on the dot left the parking lot at 5:07pm. To get an attitudinal phone call after the sweet courtesy call I got was uncalled for. I let the lady know in the first phone call I had to pick my son up from camp at 4pm. I'm down the road and will be pushing it to the edge and that I will be there before close. The first girl was sweet and said ok we will see you then. Melanie calls again few minutes afterwards with attitude and then gives me a speech in the lobby as if I was a child. This was not called for and it upset me to my core. I understand I was on the dot of closing and if it would have been 15 or more minutes I could have understood more of the inconvenience. I apologize to be right at closed but the treatment I cannot understand professionally why the attitude. Everyone is always so nice and now I don't feel as if I can return 😡

I have an older dog and they treated Moses with such care and kindness. In and out, answered all my questions, kind to my dog (even trimmed his nails for free), affordable...great place.
