Horrible experience!!!!

If I could give Ideal Vet Hospital more than five stars, I absolutely would. When I choose a veterinary clinic, I'm looking for much more than a quick fix or a place that simply treats symptoms. I want a team that genuinely cares about my pets, treats them as if they were their own, and takes the time to listen and provide compassionate, thoughtful care. The entire staff at Ideal Vet Hospital has exceeded those expectations. I recently brought my pup in for an issue that several other clinics had previously dismissed. We saw Dr. B, and from the moment she walked into the room, I knew this experience would be different. She listened carefully to every concern I had, never made me feel rushed, and worked with me to help both my dog and me through the situation. There was also a moment during our visit when I personally needed a helping hand, and without hesitation, the team stepped up to support me. That level of kindness, compassion, and genuine care is something you don't come across every day, and it meant more than I can put into words. Thank you to Dr. B and the entire team at Ideal Vet Hospital for your professionalism, empathy, and dedication to both your patients and their families. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend your clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
