I’ve been taking my dogs to Tri-County for years and they’ve always been great. The entire staff is very professional and the veterinarians are great. I would highly recommend them.

Can I give lower than one star? My dog got sick, they spent 5 minutes and said allergies. I gave him the meds, he didn’t get better. It wasn’t allergies - the next week he went back and with x-rays said mega esophagus. They put him on broad spectrum anti biotic ‘just in case’ of aspiration pneumonia, so he didn’t get it. We did all the things needed for that and he got sicker.. Took him to an ER vet who said the meds they put him on wouldn’t take care of pneumonia, and he had pneumonia. By this time it was too late, his lung was filled with fluid. We had him in ICU on the right antibiotics but it had taken hold already and we lost him. Misdiagnosis and the wrong meds.

The staff are very knowledgeable and so nice to work with. They get you in very quickly and if it's an emergency they get you in right away. They do everything they can to make you comfortable. Dr. Biggs did a wonderful job fixing our Maggie May's knees and have been there whenever Lily and Jake have had problems. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

My vet visit was with Dr. Megan Parkison. She treated my Louie with such attention and affection and he took an immediate liking to her! She also gave me so many answers to all of the questions that I had! I would definitely recommend her for any cat owner, and I will always choose to go back to her if it's an option!

Took in my cat who had suddenly stopped eating and was having vomiting and diarrhea. They scheduled an appt that day. We were seen quickly and the care was very compassionate. Dr. Berry did a thorough exam and explained all courses of action, making sure to ask if I had any questions regarding anything along the way. Tests were completed and a treatment plan was given with some things given at the clinic and the rest to resume at home. After beginning treatment at home, our little girl started eating and we are working on making sure the vomiting and diarrhea get under control.
