We spent 127$ at this vet for flea medicine for all of our pets. I didn't read them whenever I gave them to my pets I know that's my fault for not noticing. But when you go to a vet you should be able to trust them especially when you pay that much. It made all my animals sick my 2 cats didn't eat for 2/3 days for throwing up. My dogs didn't want to play or move after taking it. I trusted this vet with my baby's and they could have died from that expired medicine. I wasn't going to post anything but since they are unwilling to call me back and give a refund I figured I should let the community know how they treat there animals. I was told I'd get a call back on Monday the day I took everything back to ask for a refund and an explanation. The vet wouldn't even talk to me instead went in the back room and the front desk women took my receipt and the expired medicine containers to him. When she came back out she asked if I wanted to replace it with more medicine I declined and said I'd feel more comfortable going to a different vet. I said I wanted a refund so I could do so. She went to the back again and when she came out didn't give me the receipt or the medication containers back. (So happy I took pictures). She said that he wouldn't be doing the refund that day but she would call me Monday and let me know that it was being handled. I wrote my number down and waited a week. No call back. The next week I called and all the women who answered said was that it was being worked on and they'd call me back. No call back. It doesn't take a month to give a refund. I am very disappointed with how they have handled everything. I don't know who I'm supposed to report them to but selling medicine that old endangering animals isn't right. I'm disgusted it's from 2021.
