Awful experience with this clinic. Refused to correct a document that they filled out correctly for a transport of 15 dogs out of TN to assured homes in New England. Entire transport had to be cancelled costing close to $2000 and more importantly possibly 15 dogs lives. Kerry in particular was rude and uncaring.
