Called yesterday at 6:29PM for an EMERGENCY, was told someone would call me back, hadn’t heard anything so I called again to confirm someone would be calling me, and I was told to wait again by a lady who sounded annoyed that I even called in the first place. Still NEVER got a call back. Waited until this morning and nothing…Called today at 12:25PM to ask why I never got a call back, the guy was very kind and said that is very unusual. Had to go with another vet during my emergency, thank goodness other vets decided to answer and respond. This wasn’t an emergency that could’ve waited. Could have atleast told me “he’s busy and won’t be able to get to you for awhile” so I could explore other options rather than wait. Thank goodness my gut told me to call other vets immediately because I didn’t have time to wait for a phone call that never came. What would have happened if I had trusted TN Equine to call me back? Probably would have a dead horse. I have always liked this vet and highly recommended them. Hoping this is just a fluke in the system.

I have been using this location for emergencies and with different vets for many years. Great team and staff. I’ve also used their reproductive services with some of our mares. They’re top notch.

First and foremost, I am Very particular about my Horse’s. I had a emergency with my broodmare she was injured and she was two weeks out from her foaling due date, she had to have a minor surgery procedure so she had to stay and foal out at the facility Tennessee Equine. The team did a marvelous job handling my mare and new foal. I was very impressed with the Care and communication I received! Every morning:) I can’t thank you enough Tennessee.Equine, for the great care and concern. We received at your facility.

I have been using Tennessee Equine for many years. Dr. Christine has been great. When she is not available, the other vets have been great also. Highly recommend.
