Doctor is wonderful My baby wags his tail vigorously when doc comes in the room Nurses Not so much

Took our dog three days ago can't get retun calls can't get past the one on the phone to talk with Dr bell who wanted to be called back to talk about case but the owner was refused access to talk to Dr bell 3 days no diginosis answering machine is no help they don't respond to those until the next day but actually didn't respond at all. Started calling from 1015am to 1230 pm machine is all we got Dr bell wanted to go over preceeded but we can't even talk to him when we tell that to the one answering. 3 days of no diginosis that's charging a big bill when anywhere else would know that day or at least by the next bu wait three days to deside something must be going on is ridiculous. I've been to way too many vets throughout the country even very small towns and never have I encountered something like this. One everyone should not go to lunch at the same time someone should be there to answer calls and take turns with lunch. And what is it to not responding to that machine until the next day while the owners dog can be laying there slowly dying while there at their time not the customers or patients especially. Very unprofessional. I say this because I seen more clinics and never was one like this talking over you and giving excuses of why you can't talk to theDr. But even then he doesnt call back. People cant just sit at a phone constantly in case he calls. Your on their time not them on yours during business hours you would think you could get a response i bet the bill won't be neglected big and high for this x rays bloodwork nausea meds iv and nothing 3 days later no improvement and can't even talk to them when they are there
