I drive from Madison, TN to Whitehouse because I LOVE Whitehouse Animal Hospital. Courtney treats my doggy like he’s hers! The staff is wonderful and I couldn’t be more pleased with their care and services for my furry BFF. ❤️

So I took my cat to them knowing he was in pain so I called her office. They Tell me the doctors office is gonna be $25 so we get the cat there. I’m thinking that he also has ear mites so the vet looked at him said there was a tooth and need to be retracted but meanwhile they ran a test on him on his ears did not let me know that the test was 60 bucks. Luckily I had the money in my account so it ended up being $80 so the hospital said their pool is too and his shots and everything was gonna be like 400 bucks $500. So they called a day before we’re gonna bring him in. They said that they needed it money upfront before to hold his spot. I explained to the lady I did not get paid until Friday. She said if we didn’t have the money today that they could not hold his spot so I recommend taking them to another vet and I call my vet in another town and they took taken care of him. I will never recommend to go to this vet again.

Our 14 year old Chihuahua jack Russell mix is was given professional care and treatment. We highly recommend White House animal hospital.

My first visit. I found all staff members friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Turner was very open and informative. Glad I chose WHAH!
