Heartless rude,anddiscrimination- I went in for a walk in for my dog this morning, she has been hacking and coughing for almost 2 weeks now only every now and then. Last night seemed a little more than before so I thought I should get her checked out to make sure it's not something serious. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone so I went in and Heather at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful from the first words out of her mouth. She said they weren't accepting any more walk ins because they were fully scheduled for the day. So I replied full already after only open for an hour? Should I be concerned until an appointment could be made just in case it could be a heart issue from the research I've done about it this morning? Heather replied my dog isn't important to me because I haven't already brought her in before now, thank you have a good day with a sarcastic attitude and a smile. Then the next customer that came in behind me went to the other lady in front for a walk in he was told it would be a 2 hour wait for a walk in after I was turned away. Discrimination. Keep in mind my dog has only went to this location for everything she has ever needed for over 6 years and this is how I was treated.
