My little RoRo had dental care and a couple of extractions. Dr Werner called after with info on what they found, what they did, and how my little fur angel was doing when she was finished. They have consistently given top notch care for the last 25 yrs, give or take, for all of my multiple fur babies. I honestly don’t know how they compare in cost, and don’t really care. It is cleaner than some people clinics I’ve been to and the care is so consistent and well explained. I appreciate the relationship’s I’ve had with staff and their relationships with my babies. Just good and caring people.

We’ve been seeing Dr Warner and Dr Sanders for over 10 years. They have treated many of our kitties. We have one that seems to get excited each time she goes for her hygiene cut - they know that’s our Moon. Thanks for all that you do for our fur babies.

This was by far the worst veterinary hospital I’ve ever dealt with. In my experience, they seemed far more focused on charging money than on caring for the animals or supporting their owners. I left feeling that my pet’s well-being was not their priority. It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would not return or recommend this hospital based on my personal experience.

My experience with this hospital was extremely disappointing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!! I brought my cat in for a urinary blockage, and he stayed with a catheter for two days. When I picked him up, I was told that if he could not urinate that day, euthanasia would be the only option. I was devastated and repeatedly asked if there were any other treatments or alternatives available, but I felt that no other options were discussed with me. I was also advised not to open the prescription food I had purchased because my cat might not survive and I could return it if necessary. As a pet owner who was already overwhelmed and emotional, that conversation was incredibly difficult. When I mentioned seeking a second opinion at Memphis Veterinary Specialists, I was discouraged from going there. The following morning, after my cat was still unable to urinate, I took him to Memphis Veterinary Specialists anyway. They offered additional treatment options, performed surgery, and my cat recovered successfully and is doing very well today. Because of this experience, I strongly encourage pet owners to seek a second opinion before making irreversible decisions.
