This is by far the best veterinary clinic. The staff is professional and knowledgeable on my pet’s care. Both my dogs had dental work done and the process and appointments were smooth. Thank you !

Our Goldendoodle has been going to New Shackle Island vet for over 8 years. We have generally had decent care. Our last two visits were less than stellar which is what prompted this review. We recently needed an urgent visit, and were told that they were overwhelmed with an emergency appointment that was already in progress, and that they were also completely booked the following day. We were advised to go to an Urgent Vet. To say that we were shocked would be an understatement. Thank goodness this was not a life threatening emergency. I guess we'll be looking for a secondary or new primary Vet.

I just wanted to post a review and praise you guys! Thank you to my NSIVH family for still making me feel welcomed and taking care of my grumpy Void cat. You all are still crushing it! Void appreciates Dr. Rod for being very patient with him, even if he was ready to leave as soon as she walked through the door. I miss you all! ❤️🐾
