Kelsey Canine Medical Center

We had the most AMAZING experience. Our sweet dog of 14 1/2 years had to be suddenly put down. For reasons not stated, her primary vet was unavailable. So we were referred to Kelsey Canine Medical Center by a sweet friend. Our dog was essentially declining as she had taken a turn for the worse that morning. We were greeted by the staff with open arms and treated as family the minute we arrived. Carley was given treats and love immediately! The staff was warm and friendly and Dr. Crain was an absolute Godsend to me. We had to make the difficult decision and a first time ever decision ever to put our sweet pet, Carley down. Dr. Crain was very honest and decisive with her professional opinion about what needed to happen even though this was the first time she had ever seen Carley and without any previous records. She was an excellent veterinarian and I trusted her implicitly. She helped guide us through the difficult process of putting Carly down. We were provided a warm ‘ home like’ room to spend time with Carley and was able to take the time we needed giving her last time love and treats before putting her down. We are eternally grateful for the Kelsey Canine Medical Center for making such a traumatic ordeal one that we will forever have a warm and loving memory of our sad goodbye to our sweet girl. They even made a little painted paw print of Carley as a keepsake and mailed it to us painted with her name on it. I cannot thank them enough. They held our hands in Carley’s last hours and guided us through the process of making that difficult decision and made that memory with our sweet Carley, one that we will all never forget. That memory will forever stay with us, and we are eternally grateful for the love, guidance, professionalism and compassion that they showed. Five stars is not enough to give on this review, but just know the experience was the best given the difficulty of that day. Stacey Park
